    The rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation is having a significant impact on FMC reporting entities’ financial reporting obligations and the ability to perform audits. Auditors should continue to comply fully with required professional and ethical standards. It is important that sufficient time is taken by both the entity and the auditor to complete the annual financial reporting and auditing process, even if this results in a delay in reporting.

    Campaign to raise scam awareness among Pacific communities as reports rise

    Proposed financial reporting exemptions for small and medium sized DIMS providers consultation paper

    The FMA is considering a class exemption for small and medium-sized licensed DIMS providers from certain financial reporting obligations. Our proposal is to put in place an exemption that will gradually introduce reporting and auditing requirements based on the size of the DIMS provider.
