    Scam operation targeting New Zealand investors

    WARNING: FMA are concerned that a scam operation is targeting New Zealand residents and offering investment in a fixed return managed fund. It is claimed that the investment is offered by Blackrock Investment Management Australia Limited (part of Blackrock Inc.), which is not true. Blackrock Investment Management Australia Limited has confirmed that they are not connected with the offer and/or the entity.

    KiwiSaver members say dollar fee information is useful

    KiwiSaver members say dollar fee information is useful. The vast majority (86%) of KiwiSaver members who saw their fees in dollar amounts in their annual statements this year rated the information as “quite or very useful”, an FMA survey has found.

    Adviser Regulation Ready To 'Go-Live' On 1 December

    This undertaking by Kiwi Finance directors(Rhys Anthony Greensill, Rodney Seymour Roberts Greensill, Barry Noel Lambert and Christopher Bruce Simkin) was accepted by FMA to conclude its civil claim investigations after Kiwi Finance went into receivership in April 2008.
