We are aware of an unregistered forex broker using the alias Jack Williams purporting to be a SuperForex broker in New Zealand.

Update 17 January 2025: We have become aware of a new alias used by SuperForex: James Brown. James Brown purports to be a Superforex broker operating in New Zealand, but he is not registered to provide these services. We have received reports of James Brown contacting potential investors via Telegram and encouraging them to invest using SuperForex.

SuperForex is not registered on the Financial Service Provider Register.  SuperForex and its brokers are not authorised to offer financial services or products to New Zealand investors.
