Investor alert: Tecmactrade Limited does not hold a Derivatives Issuer licence to provide CFD trading services.

FMA are concerned that Tecmactrade Limited may be providing financial services from a place of business in New Zealand but is not registered on the Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR) and does not hold a Derivatives Issuer licence to provide CFD trading services, as required by the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013  .

We are also concerned that information on the website, tecmactrade.com, operated by Tecmactrade Limited, could potentially mislead members of the general public into believing they are regulated in New Zealand. The information is not true.
