We also note the warning by The Commissione Nazionale per le Societa e la Borsa (CONSOB), the public authority for regulating the Italian financial markets, that the companies Binext Solutions srl and Binext Global Ltd are not authorised to provide investment services and activities in Italy by any means and, therefore, including the website 10trading.com. 10Trading is not registered on the FSPR therefore is not permitted to provide financial services to New Zealand residents.
