Financial Markets Conduct (Managed Funds – Loan Disclosure Requirements) Exemption Notice 2024 provides continued relief to managers of registered schemes that are managed funds that invest in loans secured by first ranking mortgages from the requirement to disclose the name of individual loan assets in the register entry and fund updates for their funds. All exempted entities will get five years of relief under this exemption.
