Financial Markets Conduct (Disclosure of Relevant Interests by Directors and Senior Managers) Exemption Notice 2024

The Financial Markets Conduct (Disclosure of Relevant Interests by Directors and Senior Managers) Exemption Notice 2024 provides relief for directors and senior managers of listed issuers from the relevant interests disclosure requirements of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (i) for interests in a quoted managed investment product in an index-tracking fund issued by that listed issuer or a related body corporate; or (ii) where the listed issuer’s financial products are approved for trading on a financial product market authorised to operate in Australia or the United Kingdom. 

This notice continues the relief provided by the Financial Markets Conduct (Disclosure of Relevant Interests by Directors and Senior Managers) Exemption Notice 2019, which is revoked on the close of 30 November 2024.
