Consultation paper: Improving financial information in an equity PDS

This guidance has now been finalised and published. We have also included a submissions summary report, with full submission papers appended (see above).

It is designed to help issuers:

• understand our views on three particular rules set out in Clause 39 of Schedule 3 of the FMC Regulations; and
• present their financial information section in a clear, concise and effective manner.

We would like to thank everyone who provided feedback during the consultation for this guide.

We intend to issue guidance for equity issuers on how to disclose financial information in product disclosure statements (PDS) in a clear, concise and effective manner.

Once finalised, it will be used as a key reference point for our work and updated as necessary.
