Guidance on substantial product disclosures

Response to submissions

We have released a  consultation paper on proposed guidance about substantial product holder disclosures.

We are asking for feedback on whether those who manage funds should make substantial product holder disclosures for the financial products they manage.

This consultation paper will be of interest to fund management firms, those who have a substantial product holding in a listed issuer, and any other interested parties.

If  we introduce this guidance  it will assist substantial product holders to better understand their obligations, and help  promote consistency in disclosures.

This consultation closed on 16 June 2017.
