In November 2014 we consulted on the minimum standards for an Authorised Financial Advisers (AFA) providing personalised Discretionary Investment Management Services (DIMS). In that consultation paper we included proposed additional standard conditions. In response to submissions we have received we proposed the additional standard conditions set out in this consultation paper, in place of those set out in the November 2014 paper.

The proposed additional standard conditions would only apply to AFAs authorised to provide personalised DIMS.
